Not much to say on the Ks except that there was an outbreak of bands beginning with this letter in 2004. Angelique Kidjo is the album I played in the car on the way to visit my Dad in hospital during his final illness. Can't listen to it any more. I have warned you about this before. Kokomo were an excellent soul/funk band like the Average White Band. Sample here.
