Book choice

Our favourite book so far, i.e. one we've both read and enjoyed:

The Testament of Gideon Mack by James Robertson

In which a Scottish, faithless clergyman has a religious experience when he survives a fall down a ravine. But who was he with for the three days he spent down there.

You'll all love it.

Complete holiday reading list to follow.

I didn't like it that much. Perhaps it is more of a blokes book...

Being a bloke, I suppose I ought to hope that proves to be true and I haven't wasted my 4-99!!

Liz and I find our tastes overlap in very few areas of reading but this was one of the books we took on holiday and both read. Both loved it and had interesting book group type session on it over dinner later. How middle class is that?
