Supper

Loin of cod with a spicy aubergine and tomato crust. I have found something to do with an aubergine that I actually enjoy. Twas wonderful on a bed of finely chopped hispi cabbage.

Google 'cod loin'. 140,000 hits. Doesn't mean they are what you think they are though.

It's a sort of cabbage. Tight packed. Nice grated and fried. Good for cole-slaw.
