Good read. But what is this anti-fixation with fleeces? Is it three years you've been in Nailsea? That makes approx 3 x 365 times you've been rude about fleeces. I know. I'm wearing one.
On the 'rose by any other name would be a lot trendier' principle, I will state that I am also wearing a hoodie. It's a fleecie hoodie. It's a hoodie so old that they weren't called that when I bought it. And it came from a shop patronised by my (then) teenage daughter so it must've been trendie then.
So let's be a bit less top-ist in future, huh? No? Oh well!

I have a fleece but don't think it makes a good regional costume.
