The will-not-be-increased, cheeky offer has been increased by £5,000. Why does negotiation have to include fibbing?
Getting closer. We have now reached the dizzy heights of being offered the bottom of the range of the lowest of the three valuations we received from visiting Estate Agents. Still low after six visits and only ten days on the market.
