We've had an offer. A cheeky offer, five grand less than the lowest of the three valuations we got and twenty grand less than the current asking price, so we've rejected it, but it feels good that we've had an offer.
Six visits (five unique ones) in six days since we went on the market and a seventh due tomorrow on day eight.
Not the time to be accepting cheeky offers.
