Hey. You need to know this. It may change your life. Now. Mrs T invented (yes really, invented) hot cross bun and butter pudding. Same as bread and butter but use buns. It's wonderful.
If you don't know the recipe for bread and butter pudding I'm sure Delia can help but don't put too many raisins etc in because the better the hot cross buns you use the more fruit they will have in them anyway.
We used Tescos finest but have some M. and S. luxury ones in the freezer for our next effort.
Notice the use of 'our' as my inner psyche starts sharing the credit for my wife's genius. Share the credit; delegate the blame. Bit of a life's work that. Don't mention it.
