This is a rant. Ignore if you don't like rants.
Someone came to the door a year or so ago and convinced me to change from British Gas and Something-or-other electricity to N-Power. I never change suppliers but he was convincing and I had been thinking of getting both services from the same supplier so he struck lucky and I changed.
Since then, every time I phone British Gas...
