What a fantastic little movie this was. Just watched it this afternoon. Evocative of 1983 and gently covering manliness, racism and bullying. 98 mins. Shane Meadows best work. Get it or ask me to lend it. Cert. 18.

great film... I love the way it subverts the stereotypes and tells "real" "human" stories. One of the best films I've seen in years (has some echoes of "City of God")
